刘民英,1964年生,博士研究生,教授,郑州大学材料科学与工程学院教授,主要从事高性能高分子材料的制备、结构性能、工艺及装备研究开发。主持承担了国家十三五重点研发计划、十二五“863计划”、国家“九五”重点科技攻关、国家高技术产业化示范工程、国家科技成果重点推广计划、河南省重大科技专项以及大型横向科研项目及成果转化项目20余项。被评为河南省科技创新杰出人才、河南省高层次人才,在国内外学术期刊上发表学术论文200余篇。现任河南省“先进尼龙材料及应用重点实验室”主任、中国石油和化工行业“高性能尼龙工程塑料工程实验室”主任、中国合成树脂协会理事、河南省化学会常务理事、中原环保独立董事、神马股份独立董事。
