沈小平先生,1963年出生,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权,中共党员,博士研究生学历。1986年07月至2000年08月,历任湖北大学化学与材料学院团总支书记、党总支副书记、党委副书记;2003年07月至2008年05月,历任深圳经理进修学院研究发展部副部长、部长,副教授、高级经济师;2008年06月至2025年10月,历任深圳大学经济学院副教授、教授,硕士研究生导师、博士后合作导师,教授委员会主任、学术委员会主任、督导。2015年9月至2021年9月期间曾任公司独立董事,2021年9月至今任上海锦江在线网络服务股份有限公司(600650.SH)独立董事,2025年12月至今任深圳市骏鼎达新材料股份有限公司(301538.SZ)独立董事。2024年11月起至今任公司独立董事。
