钱翊樑,1956年1月31日出生,性别男,1985年全国首届法律专业自学考试大专毕业,2000年中央电视大学专升本大学毕业,1975年5月参加工作。曾先后任职于宝山区物资局、中国国际商会上海宝山分会、上海市天云律师事务所和上海钱翊梁律师事务所主任、第九届上海市律师协会副会长、第十届上海市律师协会监事长以及上海市第十三、十四、十五届、十六届人民代表大会代表、上海市人大法律专家库成员、上海市检察院第三分院特约监督员、上海市公安局特约监督员。现任上海市百汇律师事务所管理合伙人、上海新黄浦实业集团股份有限公司独立董事以及本公司独立董事。
