蔡一茂先生,1978年出生,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权,博士研究生。2006年8月至2009年8月,于韩国三星电子担任高级研究员;2009年8月至2021年6月,于北京大学微纳电子学系先后担任副教授、教授、系主任职位;2021年7月至今,于北京大学集成电路学院担任教授、院长职位;2023年4月至今,任方正科技集团股份有限公司独立董事;2025年4月至今,任北京华卓精科科技股份有限公司独立董事。2023年6月至今,任发行人独立董事。
