周楷唐先生:1990年4月出生,中共党员,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权,博士研究生学历。2011年、2013年毕业于武汉大学,分别获得管理学学士、硕士学位。2017年毕业于北京大学光华管理学院,获得会计学博士学位。现任苏州大学商学院青年特聘教授,研究方向为资本市场财务与会计、审计,从事会计与审计科研与教学工作。曾任武汉大学经济与管理学院会计系副教授、博士生导师。2022年3月至今任戈碧迦(835438)独立董事;2023年5月至今任宏源药业(301246)独立董事;2025年6月至今任公司独立董事。
