冯明声先生,1978年出生,中国国籍,无境外永久居住权,博士研究生学历。2004年毕业于中国药科大学药物化学专业,获理学硕士学位;2005年至2006年,任公司新药部副经理;2009年毕业于中国药科大学药物化学专业,获理学博士学位;2009年至2013年,在东南大学生物科学与医学工程学院从事博士后研究工作;2013年9月至今,先后任公司总经理助理、药物研究院副院长;2019年7月至2022年7月,任公司监事;2022年7月至今,任公司董事、副总经理。
