曹于平先生,1964年出生,中国国籍,无境外永久居住权,硕士研究生学历,高级经济师。1985年毕业于南京药学院(现中国药科大学)药学专业;1985年7月至1988年9月,任国家医药管理局新药研究开发中心研发人员;1991年毕业于中国药科大学神经药理学专业,获硕士学位。1991年7月至1998年10月,任中国药科大学药理教研室教师;1998年10月至2014年4月,任南京泽辰科技有限公司执行董事、总经理;2003年1月至今,任公司董事长、总经理;2014年4月至今,任镇江德瑞有限公司法定代表人、执行董事;2018年6月至今,任高研(上海)创业投资管理有限公司法定代表人、执行董事;2018年6月至今,任安徽海辰药业有限公司法定代表人、总经理。现任《药学进展》杂志编委、栖霞区慈善协会副会长、江苏省药理学会常务理事、中国药学会第二十五届理事会常务理事、南京中国药科大学教育发展基金会副理事长。
