吴宝海先生:独立董事,1975年生,西北工业大学机电学院教授、博士生导师,现任航空发动机先进制造技术教育部工程研究中心主任。长期从事计算机辅助设计与制造、五轴数控加工以及智能制造技术的研究工作。吴宝海先生毕业于西安交通大学,后进入西北工业大学从事博士后研究工作,出站后留校任教。主持或作为主要参加人承担国家重大科技专项、973计划、国家自然科学基金等国家级项目10余项、省部级和企业合作课题20余项。获国防科技进步二等奖1项,国家发明专利16项、国家软件著作权登记12项,发表论文100余篇。兼任陕西省计算机学会智能制造专委会主任、陕西省工业工程与管理学会理事、中国人工智能学会智能制造专委会委员。吴宝海先生目前兼任江苏宇航智能制造研究院有限公司董事、中国航发航空科技股份有限公司独立董事。
