余方先生:1975年出生,汉族,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权,上海交通大学经济学学士、杜兰大学经济学硕士、芝加哥大学工商管理硕士和金融学博士。现任宁波均胜电子股份有限公司独立非执行董事。余方教授于金融学领域拥有丰富的学术经验,现任中欧国际工商学院金融学教授,曾任明尼苏达大学商学院高级讲师,Barclays Global Investors研究员。曾获“国际金融管理协会(FMA)2020年会最佳论文奖”、“中国国际金融2013年会最佳论文奖”、“全美华人金融协会2013年会公司金融类最佳论文奖”、“2010中欧优秀教学奖”、“中欧优秀研究奖”(2014,2018)及“新京报中国青年经济学人奖”。余方教授目前同时担任华勤技术股份有限公司独立董事、上海振华重工(集团)股份有限公司独立董事。
