简基松先生:1967年2月出生,民进会员,国际法学博士、教授。历任红桃K公司法控中心与发展中心法律顾问,青海民族大学校长助理兼法学院院长。2010年11月至2019年4月,任中南财经政法大学法学院副院长;2019年4月至2020年9月,任中南财经政法大学法律硕士教育中心副主任;2020年9月至今,任中南财经政法大学法律硕士教育中心主任(正处)、博士生导师;2024年4月至今,担任华塑控股股份有限公司独立董事;2024年10月至今,担任深圳市特发信息股份有限公司独立董事。
