冷建兴,1963年6月出生,中国国籍,无境外居留权,博士研究生,浙江大学教授,博士生导师。自2025年9月5日起任公司独立董事。曾任中国船舶科学研究中心结构研究室副主任、水下工程研究室主任、技术开发部主任,浙江大学海洋科学与工程学系研究员、教授,海洋装备试验浙江省工程实验室主任,海洋工程装备国家地方联合实验室副主任,浙江大学无人船研究中心主任,浙江大学海洋结构物与船舶工程研究所所长,浙江大学海洋研究院副院长,中国船舶重工股份有限公司独立董事。目前兼任中国船舶工业股份有限公司独立董事、浙江省船舶行业协会副会长等职务。
