时龙兴,1987年2月至今就职于东南大学电子科学与工程学院,2003年12月至2014年12月任东南大学集成电路学院院长,2009年11月至2014年12月任东南大学电子科学与技术学院院长;2014年12月至2019年8月,就职于江苏省产业技术研究院专用集成电路技术研究所,任所长;2000年1月至今,就职于国家专用集成电路系统工程技术研究中心,任主任;2022年8月至今,任江苏省集成电路学会理事长。
