聂新军先生,1973年出生,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权,中山大学会计学博士。现任华南师范大学经济与管理学院副教授,MBA/MPAcc/会计学硕士生导师,审计署“审计理论研究人才库”审计理论研究骨干,广东省管理会计师协会会长助理,广东省审计学会理事,长期从事“审计、内部控制与管理会计”的理论与实践工作,为华南师范大学、华南理工大学、广东工业大学EMBA/MBA/MPAcc/EDP开设《审计》、《企业内部控制》和《管理会计》等课程。近年来与日本咨询团队共同辅导5家企业成功导入“阿米巴”经营模式。2024年6月担任利元亨(688499.SH)独立董事,2024年11月担任新媒股份(300770.SZ)独立董事;2023年7月至今担任本公司独立董事。
