戴璐,1978年12月出生,2008年8月参加工作,毕业于中央财经大学,会计学博士,中共党员。2015年8月至今,任中国人民大学商学院会计系副教授、博士生导师,入选财政部高端会计人才第5期、北京市高等学校“青年英才计划”,主要从事管理会计数智化前沿应用、数智化风控与公司治理等领域的教学科研工作,多次荣获财政部中国会计学会年度优秀学术论文奖励,其中2篇第一作者的文章入选全国首批哲学社会科学主文献库(工商管理学科),中国知网前1%高被引学者(工商管理类)。现兼任北方稀土、沈鼓集团股份有限公司(非上市公司)独立董事。

From August 2015 to present, serves as Associate Professor and PhD Supervisor in the Accounting Department of 中国人民大学商学院, selected for the 5th batch of high-end accounting talents by the Ministry of Finance, and Beijing Higher Education 'Young Talents Program', mainly engaged in teaching and research in the fields of digital application of management accounting, digital risk control, and corporate governance, has won multiple 财政部中国会计学会 annual outstanding academic paper awards, with two first-author papers included in the first batch of national core literature database for philosophy and social sciences (business management discipline), and is among the top 1% of highly cited scholars in the business management category on China Knowledge Network.
