罗薇,女,汉族,中共党员,1980年6月生,2005年7月参加工作,博士研究生学历,法学博士,美国佛蒙特法学院访问学者。主要研究方向为矿产资源法、土地管理法、环境保护法等。历任昆明理工大学法学院教师。现任昆明理工大学法学院副教授,硕士生导师,中国法学会环境资源法学研究会理事,云南瑞阳律师事务所律师,云南省人民代表大会常务委员会立法专家顾问,云南铝业股份有限公司独立董事,云南神农农业产业集团股份有限公司独立董事,云南云天化股份有限公司独立董事。
