何萍,女,1970年出生,中共党员,博士研究生学历,研究员,博士生导师。曾任加拿大磷钾肥研究所(PPI/PPIC)、国际植物营养研究所(IPNI)中国项目部主任。自1998年在中国农业科学院农业资源与农业区划研究所(原土壤肥料研究所)工作至今。现任中国农业科学院农业资源与农业区划研究所二级研究员,国际肥料科学中心亚洲分中心副主席,中国植物营养与肥料学会理事、化学肥料专业委员会主任。2021年2月至今任青海盐湖工业股份有限公司独立董事。
