严群,男,1965年出生,美国范德堡大学物理学博士、俄罗斯工程院外籍院士、福州大学教授,长期从事基于MicroLED的高度集成半导体信息显示和交互式富媒体领域的研发。严群教授历任美国橡树岭国家实验室助理研究员、美国松下等离子显示实验室(原PPDLA)首席科学家、四川长虹电子集团首席科学家。现任福州大学特聘教授、博士生导师,国际信息显示学会全球下任主席、执委会委员、中国区总裁等职务。2025年7月至今,担任宁波激智科技股份有限公司独立董事;2025年10月至今,担任本公司独立董事。
