张治栋先生,1965年7月出生,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权,中共党员,博士,经济学教授,博士生导师。1989年7月至2002年9月,历任合肥第一人民医院办公室副主任、主任;2005年7月至2025年12月,历任安徽大学经济学院教授、博士生导师、经济学系主任,安徽大学学科学位建设办公室副主任、发展规划处副处长、人文社会科学处副处长,学报编辑部主任兼《安徽大学学报(哲社版)》主编。现任安徽大学教授、博士生导师,兼任海螺(安徽)节能环保新材料股份有限公司独立董事。2023年4月至今,任交建股份独立董事。
