王玉春先生,1956年出生,中共党员,中国国籍,无境外永久居住权,硕士研究生学历,会计学教授。1983年毕业于安徽财经大学会计专业,获学士学位;1999年毕业于安徽财经大学会计学专业,获硕士学位。1984年至2005年,就职于安徽财经大学,任会计学教授、会计学院副院长;2005年9月至今,就职于南京财经大学,任会计学教授,曾任会计学院学术委员会主任。2025年7月至今,任公司独立董事;同时兼任江苏丰山集团股份有限公司、江阴海达橡塑股份有限公司独立董事。
