章锦河,曾任安徽师范大学助教、讲师、副教授、教授。现任南京大学地理与海洋科学学院教授、博士生导师,兼任江苏省旅游学会执行会长、中国圆明园学会副会长、中国圆明园学会文化旅游研究会会长、中国地理学会旅游地理专业委员会副主任等职务,本公司独立董事。
