吴士敏,男,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权,1959年6月出生,研究生学历。1982年参加工作,先后担任上海电缆研究所助理工程师、工程师、高级工程师;2001年12月至今历任中国电器工业协会电线电缆分会副秘书长、常务副秘书长、顾问;2014年至今兼任全国电线电缆标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC213)委员、技术小组(TG1)成员;2017年至今兼任中国电工技术学会电线电缆专委会委员;2019年至2025年兼任全国电线电缆标准化技术委员会绕组线分标委(SAC/TC213/SC1)委员。2020年至2023年任公司第六届董事会独立董事,现任公司第七届董事会独立董事,兼任杭州电缆股份有限公司、通鼎互联信息股份有限公司独立董事。
