罗正英女士,1957年出生,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权,本科学历。1996年6月加入苏州大学,现任苏州大学商学院教授、博士生导师。曾任苏州大学财务与会计研究所所长,MPACC教育中心主任,国际问题研究所副所长,北京大学国际会计与财务研究中心研究员,苏州晶方半导体科技股份有限公司、苏州明志科技股份有限公司等公司独立董事。现任苏州斯莱克精密设备股份有限公司独立董事、浙江东尼电子股份有限公司独立董事、协鑫能源科技股份有限公司独立董事。
