沈华玉,男,1982年11月出生,中国国籍,无永久境外居留权。2004年获湖北大学管理学学士学位;2006年获浙江大学管理学硕士学位;2017年获厦门大学财务学博士学位。2017年起至今,于华北电力大学(北京)任教,副教授,曾任会计教研室主任。2025年11月起至今,兼任深圳麦格米特电气股份有限公司独立董事、北京浩瀚深度信息技术股份有限公司独立董事。
