杜健,女,1978年出生,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权,浙江大学管理科学与工程博士研究生。2006年至今,任职于浙江大学管理学院,先后担任浙江大学管理科学与工程系博士后,讲师及副教授,现任浙江大学创新创业与战略学系教授,博导,浙江大学MBA教育中心主任,浙江大学-利兹大学管理联合研究中心主任,《管理工程学报》编辑部主任,国家哲学社会科学创新与持续竞争力研究基地骨干成员,浙江大学全球浙商研究院核心成员。2018年1月-2024年1月,任杭州可靠护理用品股份有限公司独立董事;2020年5月至2025年9月,任杭州壹网壹创科技股份有限公司独立董事;2024年11月至今任福莱特玻璃集团股份有限公司独立董事。2025年5月16日至今任公司独立董事。
