王兵,1978年3月生,会计学博士,教授。2007年7月至2011年12月任南京大学商学院会计学系讲师;2011年12月至2016年12月任南京大学商学院会计学系副教授;2016年12月至2022年1月任南京大学商学院会计学系副教授、系党支部书记;2022年1月至2022年12月任南京大学商学院会计学系副教授、系副主任、系党支部书记;2022年12月至2024年1月任南京大学商学院会计学系教授、系副主任、系党支部书记;2024年1月至今任南京大学商学院会计学系教授、系副主任。本人于2022年6月起兼任江苏久吾高科技股份有限公司独立董事。
