廖翠萍女士:1966年1月出生,民进会员,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权,毕业于华东理工大学,获资源与环境学院化学工艺专业博士学位,公司第三届董事会独立董事。现任中国科学院广州能源研究所能源战略研究中心二级研究员、博士生导师。同时担任广东省环境经济与政策研究会副理事长、广东省碳标签专委会副主任、广东省能源计量检测标准化技术委员会委员、崇达技术股份有限公司独立董事。
