李若山,男,1949年出生,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权,博士研究生,会计学教授,毕业于厦门大学。1989年7月至1997年9月历任厦门大学经济学院讲师、副教授、教授;1997年10月至今任复旦大学管理学院会计系博士生导师、教授,现兼任中国上市公司协会独立董事专业委员会主任委员、上海丛麟环保科技股份有限公司独立董事、澜起科技股份有限公司独立董事以及春秋航空独立董事。
