What This Means 这类披露的含义
These notes describe the category of disclosure in general.
A court has frozen shares, usually as security while a dispute or an enforcement action is unresolved.
Frozen shares cannot be sold or pledged. A freeze on a controlling stake points to an unsettled claim against the holder, which can escalate to a judicial auction.
A major shareholder has pledged shares as collateral for a loan, or added to such a pledge.
Pledging is common. A high pledge ratio at a controlling holder raises the risk of forced selling if the price falls to the margin line, and forced selling can push the price lower still.
Shares or assets sold at a judicial auction have been transferred to the buyer.
The auction is over: the holder's stake is smaller and the buyer's larger. Other lots may still be for sale.
A holder's stake has crossed a disclosure threshold, or holders have formed, changed or ended an agreement to vote together.
It shows who is building or reducing a position. A change among concert parties can shift control without a single share trading.
