SMS Electric Zhengzhou 三晖电气, SuZhou ChunXing Precision Mechanical *ST春兴, Datang Telecom 大唐电信, Xiamen Tungsten 厦门钨业 and CTS Logistics 华贸物流 all filed high-severity litigation notices. Zhejiang Qianjiang Biochemical 钱江生化 and Henan Lantian Gas 蓝天燃气 reported that major shareholders' stock has been frozen or placed under freeze notice.

Pledge activity also featured heavily. Changzhou NRB 光洋股份, Do-Fluoride New Materials 多氟多, Zhejiang Sanwei Rubber Item 三维股份 and Yan Tai Shuang Ta Food 双塔食品 all filed pledge notices. Do-Fluoride New Materials 多氟多 announced a partial release and re-pledge of shares by its controlling shareholder.

The People's Bank of China 中国人民银行 published its August 2026 financial market operations report on 21 Sep. Beijing 北京市 released three notices on 20 Sep: one on tax deductions for industrial machine tool enterprises, one on import duty exemptions for foreign research centres, and one on business environment improvements for the 15th five-year plan period. Beijing 北京市 also issued support measures for animation industry development.
